My Cooking Love Story: For the longest that I can remember, the kitchen has always been my warm and fuzzy space.  That is the place where I can see my Wa Ma (grandma in my mom's family native dialect, Chew Chow). Wa Ma was the best cook ever. She would make elaborate and home cook meals for a family of 20+.  The aroma of her cooking fills up the tiny home that we all shared when we immigrated to this country. In the kitchen where I felt her protection. She was my protector. She wasn't a small woman, her big warm arms would wrap around me and my fears will fade away. In the kitchen was where I learned from her that food brings together your loved ones. Food was how you show that you love and care for your family. We never left the dinner table hungry because Wa Ma would make sure we were all stuffed by the time we get to be excused from the table. The pure love and joy that food brings to the family are where I begin my own journey with cooking. This has been a long way co
